Sorry about your sister. Hope all goes well. Remember thyroid cancer is very curable if caught early (look at Carla!) You and she are in my prayers.

Thanks Eileen. My brother went thru this a couple years ago as well. I know she will be alright. I just hate to see her have to go thru all of it.

My prayers are with you rsister. As yo uknow I just had a bout with thyroid cancer and if she has to go thru cance rthat is the cance rto have. She will probably have to have her thyroid removed and go thru the radiation 1 time treatment of taking apill and chilling for about 3 days then go thru some scans then they will put her on thyroid medicine for the rest of her life. She will do fine. Hopefully it is only int he first stage and they will catch it quick.
For me I am still In Denver and probably will be heading home tomorrow after I see my doctor. I had a laporoscopy last Thursday and they found a small stricture and adhesions and some scar tissue and now it is all removed and I Will be fine and hopefully no more pain.
The weather has been just like Florida so I didnt have to deal with the snow and cold while I was here.
